Most shops in this area are set up for street bikes. We work on ATVs, UTVs and
side-by-sides properly — the machines that come back caked in sand and half-drowned, and need
someone who has seen it before.

Riding in sand and water changes the schedule

A manufacturer’s service interval assumes conditions most Florida riding does not match. Sand gets
into everything and acts like grinding paste; water crossings push grit past seals that were never
meant to be submerged. If you ride the trails around here, air filters and brakes want checking far
more often than the manual suggests — and a belt that looks fine can be glazed enough to slip.
